Interview With Jen Tillotson From Key Accounts

 

WO: Tell us a bit about yourself? 

JT: I'm a mum to two boys, Harry, thirteen and Jack, who is eight years old. We also have a three-year-old Shih Tzu dog. I spend my spare time with my boy's, family members and catching up with friends. 

WO: What is your role and duties at World Options? 

JT: I'm the World Options Senior Customer Service Manager managing the Key Accounts team, where we provide faster and greater levels of support for franchisees.

WO: What has been your experience working at World Options so far? 

JT: I've been with World Options for twelve years. I think from the time I have been here says it all.

I’ve seen the company grow from being based out of a small office to owning it’s own office premises. From having zero franchisees to over ninety and becoming a large international company.

The company’s growth over recent years has been impressive.

I can’t wait to see what the future holds for World Options!

WO: Do you have any advice or tips you would like to share with franchisees? 

JT: Your Franchise will not grow suddenly overnight. You won’t become a millionaire in a couple of weeks. This is not a get rich quick scheme.

Franchisees need to put the time and effort and be consistent when it comes to prospecting and signing up new customers.

Building any successful business takes time.

And with time you then should start to see significant growth. 

WO: What is your Favourite Holiday? 

JT: I don’t have a favourite holiday destination in particular.

I’m a lover of the great outdoors. And that means going camping and making memories with my two boys.  

WO: Hobbies? 

JT: I do a lot of walking. I am lucky where I live. We have some lovely local walks.
