MS<\/strong>: I\u2019ve worked in customer services for around six years. Previously I worked in different customer services roles ranging from Football grounds to call centres.<\/p>\n

I worked for an online fashion retailer for three and a half years before joining World Options in June 2021.<\/p>\n

Most of my free time is spent washing my Car, shopping, going out for food and drinks with friends and watching Football.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

WO: What is your role and duties at World Options?<\/strong><\/p>\n

MS<\/strong>: I\u2019ve been at World Options<\/a> for almost one year. I started on customer services and I\u2019m now a key accounts team member. I look after tickets and exceptions and build rapport with Franchises and customers, which includes answering incoming phone calls as well as making outbound calls to carriers.<\/p>\n

WO: What has been your experience so far of working at World Options?<\/strong><\/p>\n

MS<\/strong>: My experience at World Options has been good. I have made good friends over the past year, and everyone is really approachable and friendly.<\/p>\n

WO: Do you have any advice or tips you would like to share with franchisees in regards to Key Accounts and Tickets, etc?<\/strong><\/p>\n

MS<\/strong>: My advice would be just to be patient with us. We will try to update you the best we can on the tickets or via phone, we are constantly chasing the carriers for you.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

WO: What is your Favorite Holiday?<\/strong><\/p>\n

MS<\/strong>: I do have a few favourite holidays, one has to be Ibiza with my friends and Tenerife or Turkey with my family, a holiday that tends to be more relaxed. But I do have an upcoming holiday to Dubai which I\u2019m hoping will be my favourite holiday to date!<\/p>\n

WO: Hobbies?<\/strong><\/p>\n

MS<\/strong>: One of my main hobbies is going to the gym \u2014boring I know! I enjoy spending time with my friends, family and partner \u2014 mainly going out for food. I\u2019m also going to dust off my Football boots and try to make a return to the pitch this year.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
