Franchisees participate in a combination of virtual and in-person sales and operational training led by the headquarters team in partnership with experienced franchisees. After completing initial training, franchisees receive 12 weeks of weekly coaching with a business development coach to refine sales and operational processes, with ongoing support always available from the headquarters and customer service teams.
