Interview With Claire Fairley From Credit Control

Tell us a bit about yourself?

I’ve worked in accounts since leaving school, starting as an accounts apprentice. I’ve also worked within payroll and accounts payable.

I’ve been married for sixteen years this year and we have a twelve-year-old son. Most of my weekends are spent standing at the side of a Rugby pitch watching my son play for Burnley Rugby Union Club and cheering him.

What is your role and duties at World Options?

I started working for World Options back in October 2019 as a credit controller. In February this year, I moved into the role of Credit Control Supervisor. I’m still credit controlling within my new role along with supervising the credit control team.

What has been your experience so far of working at World Options?

I love my role within World Options and I’ve enjoyed every minute of being here.

Do you have any advice or tips you would like to share with franchisees?

What is your Favourite Holiday?

My favourite holiday was my lifetime dream of going to Florida back in 2018. I spent two weeks trying to cover as much of Disney World and Universal as possible.

I came away knowing there are places I missed, and this has given me the excuse to visit again.

I’ve never been to a place so magical and my favourite moment was seeing my sons face when we walked into Disney World for the first time.

Hobbies?

My hobbies are driving my son to Rugby training and matches on a weekly basis. I also enjoy nice holidays and spending time with family and friends.
