What does a client actually get when they work with you?

Someone who takes the time to understand what matters to their business before touching a single shipment. Every client has different priorities, so I build the service around their goals rather than handing everyone the same solution. Reliable, customer-focused logistics is the baseline. The relationship is what makes it work.

“I see myself as an extension of my clients’ teams.”

What does being “an extension of the team” look like in real life?

For some of my importing clients, it means they simply connect me with their overseas factories and I take it from there. They don’t have to get involved, and nothing gets missed. For others it’s about working alongside their team to streamline operations, improve efficiency and support their growth, whether the freight is crossing the country or crossing an ocean.

How do you keep clients for the long haul?

By staying ahead of problems. I communicate proactively, work to minimise delays and look for ways to reduce costs wherever I can. When something does go wrong, I keep the client informed and resolve it quickly, so frustration never gets the chance to build. The goal is that shipments arrive on time and my clients can get on with running their business.

What do clients say about working with you?

“He handles all of my shipping — from local deliveries within Australia to the much bigger job of coordinating my overseas imports into Australia — and he makes the entire process seamless.”
