WO: Tell us a bit about yourself?

AR: I have always worked in Customer Service roles since leaving college. I have worked at World Options for 2 years. I started working in Customer services and then moved over to Key Accounts.

WO: What is your role and duties at World Options?

AR: My role is working within the Key Accounts team. My duties are helping customers by providing updates to their shipments, dealing with queries they may have and providing the best customer service I can.

WO: What has been your experience so far of working at World Options?

AR: I can not fault my experience at World Options, it is an amazing company to work for and you are appreciated for the work you do.

WO: Do you have any advice or tips you would like to share with franchisees in regards to customer service queries and support tickets?

AR: My advice to franchises is to please be patient with us and allow us to get updates from carriers, I know it is frustrating for you and it is for us also, we will always push as much as we can to get updates then we can get the issue resolved. Also, please ask your customers to check through their booking and invoice before booking the job.

WO: As a member of the Key Accounts team, what benefits are there for franchisees that use this service?

AR: The benefit of being on key accounts is that we will deal with your customers directly which will allow franchisees more time to do other things within their franchise and there are extras we do for your customers. On key accounts, we have an SLA for us to respond to tickets so your customer is receiving a quicker response.

WO: What is your Favorite Holiday?

AR: I have just recently come back from Turkey at the end of July and it was my first time going there but I would rate that one as my best holiday.

WO: What are your Hobbies?

AR: I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, whether this is not doing anything or days out. I enjoy watching series and films.
