Interview With Charlotte White From Customer Services

WO: Tell us a bit about yourself?

CW: I was born in Norfolk and moved to Heywood, Greater Manchester when I was two yrs old. I currently live in Haslingden, Lancashire with my two children, Leo who is eighteen and Elizabeth who is fourteen.

I also have a Mini Dachshund called Ralph and a Cat called Rex.

Prior to joining World Options eleven months ago, I ran my own business selling German Mallows on markets including three years of having a stall at the Manchester Christmas Markets.

WO: What is your role and duties at World Options?

CW: I work in customer services on the live chat ticket system. This provides a quick response to any general queries our customers or franchises may have about shipping.

I also work on customer service tickets working with the carriers to ensure that shipments are delivered in accordance to the service level booked.

WO: What has been your experience so far of working at World Options?

CW: My time at World Options so far has been great, there are lots of different opportunities to work towards and I definitely feel appreciated and rewarded for the work that I do. And to top that off, I have made some great friends for life here.

WO: What are your Hobbies?

CW: I am a very busy single mother, so I don’t have time for hobbies. I have recently joined the Gym with some of the ladies in customer services, so I do have some me time.
